ABOUT ME
With over 12 years of international experience across Europe, I’ve had the chance to train hundreds of professionals from a wide range of industries and cultures. My background in the hospitality industry taught me just how powerful elasticity, empathy, and meaningful interaction can be when it comes to helping people learn, connect, and evolve.
I’m a Certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator
and a Certified Everything DiSC® Authorized Partner
& Practitioner, and I bring these proven tools into experiences designed to spark engagement, self-awareness, and fresh perspectives.
I facilitate sessions in English & Russian, and today I work with business owners, HR teams and senior management leaders to unlock their teams’ potential. I also support emerging facilitators who are ready to build their confidence and impact through training.
The sessions I create are fun, interactive, and insight-driven — always shaped around the real challenges professionals face. Whether I use LEGO bricks, personality frameworks, or something built entirely from scratch, each experience is thoughtfully designed around your team’s mindset, culture, and needs.
