ASK YOURSELF:
  1. Have you ever run a meeting and felt like you weren't getting the best out of the people in the room?
  2. Have you ever been in a conversation where it felt like the team had great ideas, but they just weren't being expressed in the discussion?
  3. What if that dynamic could be changed?

Imagine that same group, fully engaged, thinking creatively, sharing openly, and generating meaningful insights that actually move things forward. That’s exactly what the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) method is designed to unlock.

what is LSP?
LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® - is a structured facilitation process that helps teams explore challenges, communicate more openly, and unlock creativity — all through the use of LEGO® bricks.
How does it work?
  • 1
We define the challenge, question or topic that the team wants to work on together. Based on this, the I designs the workshop structure and select the sequence of steps within the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology, so that participants can explore the topic step by step, discover different perspectives and build shared understanding.
  • 2
In the session, I guide the team through a series of practical exercises in which they build LEGO® models, use metaphors and share stories to express their ideas and perception of the situation. This format helps bring to the surface what often remains unspoken and allows participants to better understand one another’s perspectives.
  • 3
As the workshop unfolds, I help participants connect different viewpoints, clarify meanings, identify common ground and shape a shared vision. The models created during the session become not only a way to express ideas, but also a tool for collective reflection, discussion and decision-making.

As a result, the insights gained during the workshop are translated into clear agreements, practical conclusions, aligned priorities and actionable next steps that the team can take forward. This helps ensure that the session leads not only to reflection, but also to meaningful action.

Why

LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®?

We often know more than we realize — but traditional communication doesn’t always help us express it. LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® taps into that hidden knowledge by using our hands to unlock what’s in our minds.

In a world that’s complex, fast-moving, and rarely linear, this method helps individuals and teams bring ideas, challenges, and visions into focus. By building models, telling stories, and reflecting together, we can move from abstract thought to intentional action — and shape outcomes that are more aligned with our values & goals.

It works because it activates everyone’s thinking — not just the loudest voices. It makes space for diverse perspectives, deeper insights, and a stronger sense of shared ownership.

Is LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® right for your team or situation?
One of the greatest strengths of the LSP method is its flexibility. Whether you’re leading a team, growing a business, designing culture, or navigating change — this method adapts to your reality.

LSP is designed to meet people where they are, across roles, industries, and objectives.

I’am using LSP to support:

  • Vision and strategy development
  • Team alignment and trust-building
  • Onboarding and culture discovery
  • Leadership and values exploration
  • Conflict resolution and communication
  • Retrospectives and project reviews
  • Co-creation of internal processes or brand identity
  • Personal and professional growth journeys

Whether it’s a challenge to solve, an idea to explore, or a goal to align on — I facilitate LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® sessions that help teams work through it meaningfully, together.
