Duration: 2 full days
Day 1: Foundations — training principles, structure, engagement techniques
Day 2: Application — participants step into the role of trainer, delivering practice sessions (teach-backs) and receiving structured feedback from both peers & the facilitator
Group Size: 6–12 participants
Delivery: In-person or online, with optional follow-up coaching or video feedback
Includes: Live & virtual practice, feedback loops, session templates, trainer toolkits
