Working Effectively
in a Team
If you recognise the feeling that people within a team may appear to work together, yet do not truly hear or understand one another, this training may be highly relevant for you.
Effective teamwork is not only about task allocation and meeting deadlines. It is about the quality of interaction, clarity in communication, the ability to reach agreements, take responsibility, support one another, and move towards results together.
Format Overview
Duration: Full-day
Group Size: 8–16 participants
Delivery: In-person
Includes: concise input sessions, practical exercises, reflection, and collaborative activities. This is not a lecture-based format, but a space where participants explore how effective teamwork works through their own experience, real workplace situations, and live interaction with one another.
Target Audience
This training is especially relevant if you notice:

• colleagues find it difficult to reach agreement even on important work-related matters;
• employees and teams interpret tasks, priorities, and areas of responsibility differently;
• feedback is either not given at all or creates tension and resistance;
• people lack flexibility, initiative, and willingness to look for solutions together.

If you recognise your team in this, the training can become a useful step towards clearer communication, greater responsibility, and stronger collaboration.
Learning Objectives
Throughout the training, participants work with the following topics:

• the qualities of an effective team player;
• understanding one’s own needs and expressing them constructively at work;
• personal responsibility towards the team and contribution to shared results;
• communication within the team;
• feedback as a tool for development and better collaboration;
• creative thinking and collaborative problem-solving;
• planning and prioritisation in teamwork;
• alignment in team actions.
