The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Workshop provides an excellent learning environment, in which Project Management teams can address complex challenges, reach valid answers and emerge with shared commitments and an actionable plan for doable next steps. 

During a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Workshop Project Management teams can address and deal constructively with tough and provoking issues like Remote Work and Distributed Teams; Digital Tools and Technology Disruptions; Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid Approaches; Change Management, Information Overload, Stakeholder Engagement, Resource Management, Scope Creep, Cultural and Language Differences, etc.

The workshop enables project management teams to think together, align around priorities, and build a shared roadmap that supports stronger collaboration, clearer decision-making, and more effective project delivery.

Format overview
  • Duration
    Flexible, ranging from a focused 4-hour session (half-day) to a full one-day workshop or an extended two-day workshop when deeper exploration and alignment are needed. 
  • Participants
    Ideally 6–10 participants. Larger groups are possible depending on the objectives and format of the session.
  • Prerequisite knowledge
    No prior knowledge required. Everyone in the group should have an interest or stake in the topics on the agenda and be open to reflection and constructive dialogue.
  • Approach
    LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Application Techniques, 3D Canvas and other structured facilitation methods. 100% participation from everyone, 100% of the time, in a constructive and psychologically safe environment. Participants build models, share perspectives and reflect together. Delivered by an experienced LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator.
  • Result
    Every participant is committed to the shared answers and solutions, which have been formulated during the workshop.
