ABOUT ME

With over 12 years of international experience across Europe, I’ve had the chance to train hundreds of professionals from a wide range of industries and cultures.

My background in the hospitality industry taught me just how powerful elasticity, empathy, and meaningful interaction can be when it comes to helping people learn, connect, and evolve.

I’m a сertified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator
and a сertified Everything DiSC® Authorized Partner

& Practitioner, and I bring these proven tools into experiences designed to spark engagement, self-awareness, and fresh perspectives.

I facilitate sessions in both Russian and English for business owners, HR teams, and leaders, helping teams build more meaningful collaboration and work together more effectively. I also support emerging facilitators in developing confidence, practical skills, and their own style of working with groups.

Facilitation is more than just a set of tools to me — it is a living practice I am genuinely passionate about. I am especially inspired by LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, Everything DiSC®, and the opportunity to design custom workshops from scratch for a specific challenge, team, and context.

I am also a member of the international community of certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitators and regularly take part in knowledge-sharing meetings, both online and in person. In October 2025, I attended an in-person community gathering in Billund, Denmark. For me, this is an important part of my professional development: I continue to learn, exchange experience, and grow my practice.
