The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Workshop provides a powerful environment where leadership teams can explore complex strategic challenges, surface diverse viewpoints, and build shared understanding. Through structured, hands-on dialogue, leaders can align around priorities, strengthen trust, and emerge with clear commitments and actionable next steps.

During a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Workshop, leadership teams can collaboratively address critical leadership topics such as: strategic alignment, organizational vision, navigating uncertainty, innovation and transformation, culture and values, cross-functional collaboration, decision-making in complexity, stakeholder alignment, communication across the organization, and leading distributed or global teams.

The workshop enables leaders to think together, visualize ideas, and build a shared roadmap that supports stronger leadership alignment and effective organizational impact.

Format overview
  • Duration
    Flexible, ranging from a focused 4-hour session (half-day) to a full one-day workshop or an extended two-day workshop when deeper exploration and alignment are needed. 
  • Participants
    Ideally 6–10 participants. Larger groups are possible depending on the objectives and format of the session.
  • Prerequisite knowledge
    No prior knowledge required. Everyone in the group should have an interest or stake in the topics on the agenda and be open to reflection and constructive dialogue.
  • Approach
    LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Application Techniques, 3D Canvas and other structured facilitation methods. 100% participation from everyone, 100% of the time, in a constructive and psychologically safe environment. Participants build models, share perspectives and reflect together. Delivered by an experienced LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator.
  • Result
    Every participant is committed to the shared answers and solutions, which have been formulated during the workshop.
