The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Workshop provides a powerful learning environment in which sales teams can explore complex challenges, share diverse perspectives and develop practical solutions. Through structured, hands-on dialogue, participants build shared understanding and leave the workshop with clear commitments and actionable next steps.

During a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Workshop, sales teams can work constructively with topics such as customer engagement and relationship building, improving the effectiveness of the sales process, understanding market competition, strengthening collaboration within the team, deepening product knowledge, addressing customer objections, navigating remote or hybrid sales environments, and identifying new opportunities for growth.

The workshop enables sales teams to align around customer needs, strengthen collaboration, and create a shared roadmap that supports more effective communication, stronger client relationships, and better sales outcomes.

Format overview
  • Duration
    Flexible, ranging from a focused 4-hour session (half-day) to a full one-day workshop or an extended two-day workshop when deeper exploration and alignment are needed. 
  • Participants
    Ideally 6–10 participants. Larger groups are possible depending on the objectives and format of the session.
  • Prerequisite knowledge
    No prior knowledge required. Everyone in the group should have an interest or stake in the topics on the agenda and be open to reflection and constructive dialogue.
  • Approach
    LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Application Techniques, 3D Canvas and other structured facilitation methods. 100% participation from everyone, 100% of the time, in a constructive and psychologically safe environment. Participants build models, share perspectives and reflect together. Delivered by an experienced LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator.
  • Result
    Every participant is committed to the shared answers and solutions, which have been formulated during the workshop.
