Does LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® work across cultures? Yes! With more than 20 years of global application, the method has proven effective across national, organizational and professional cultures. It helps people express ideas, surface different perspectives and create meaning together beyond language and cultural barriers.

During a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Workshop, multicultural teams can work constructively with topics such as leadership and management styles, stereotypes and assumptions, decision-making processes, trust and relationships, different work and communication styles, expectations, and collaboration across cultural differences.

The workshop enables multicultural teams to surface different perspectives, build shared understanding, and create a common roadmap that supports stronger collaboration, greater trust, and more effective work across cultural differences.
