LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Workshop for Product, Service and Experience Teams
The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Workshop is highly effective in situations where a team needs to explore, shape or rethink a product, service or customer experience. It creates a structured space in which participants can make ideas visible, align different perspectives and work through complexity together.

This format is especially useful when teams are preparing to launch a new product, designing or redesigning a service, improving an existing customer experience, clarifying value propositions, identifying gaps and friction points, or aligning around the future direction of an offer. By combining hands-on thinking, storytelling and shared reflection, the workshop helps teams move from abstract ideas to tangible insights and practical next steps.

During a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Workshop, participants can work with topics such as product vision, user needs, service design, customer journeys, pain points and opportunities, feature prioritization, team alignment, innovation, and the improvement or adaptation of existing solutions.

The workshop enables teams working on product, service and experience design to explore ideas together, align around client or user needs and strategic priorities, and create a shared roadmap that supports clearer direction, stronger collaboration, and more meaningful design outcomes.
